About My Practice
I specialize in client-centred and family-centred psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
I support individuals in navigating mental health challenges, chronic conditions, neurodivergent needs, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapeutic practices that are thoughtfully adapted to each person’s unique goals—within a neurodiversity-affirming and sensory-affirming framework.
With a deep passion for sensory integration and a strong commitment to honouring neurodiversity, my ultimate aim is to empower individuals to thrive. I help clients discover their strengths, build resilience, and move confidently toward the lives they envision.

Therapeutic Approaches
I draw from a broad range of evidence-based interventions, shaped by extensive formal training and clinical experience:
Play Therapy: Offers children a safe, natural way to express emotions, process experiences, and build resilience. The goal is to create a nurturing environment where the child can experience mastery, emotional regulation, and a growing sense of self-empowerment.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helps individuals manage difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build practical coping skills and self-efficacy.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Provides adolescents and adults with tools to manage overwhelming emotions, improve distress tolerance, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and practice mindfulness.
Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP): A structured, goal-oriented approach designed to help individuals gradually resume meaningful roles and activities—particularly related to work and personal development.

My practice is rooted in connection and compassion, guided by Trauma-Informed, Strengths-Based, Neurodiversity-Affirming, and Sensory-Affirming principles. I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered on their healing journey.
